I agree with Chelsea, it has more of an American stew flavor than Asian.

I added celery and replaced the white rice with brown to increase veggie and grain value. My brother and fiance' were here for dinner tonight, we all took one bite, threw out our plates of food and ordered a pizza instead! Yuck.
If you want to try to attempt this recipe, I'd suggest cutting down the cook time to maybe 3 hours on low.

I made this recipe today (followed the directions perfectly) and was completely disapointed! It looks amazing in the picture, but I’m pretty sure the directions are off in some way… 8-10 hours??? Mine was way over-cooked and practically burnt in 5 hours - even cooked it on low! The meat turned out dry & completely unflavorful.

My brother and fiance’ were here for dinner tonight, we all took one bite, threw out our plates of food and ordered a pizza instead! Yuck.

If you want to try to attempt this recipe, I’d suggest cutting down the cook time to maybe 3 hours on low.

By: KDC

<guid

Searched for recipes (under pictures) and found this one. I love chinese beef broccoli, so this definately caught my eye. I am going to try this tomorrow.
I do not do weightwatchers but I use fooddiary and I was wondering if you have additional nutrition info (transfat-if any, vitamins, caltcium?)
Thanks

I have never used crock pot, but I have one and wanting to give it a try. Searched for recipes (under pictures) and found this one.
