Try checking your local health food grocery store (like Whole Foods, Gelson's, Sprouts or Henry's Market) for them. There is also another similar brand called Shirataki Noodles, and they are a little bit less $$.

They are pretty pricey, unfortunately. Are you sure you used 4 bags? I would like to try these, but they are very expensive.

These are like $3.00 a bag on the site! They're made from the Japanese Konjac plant (strangely the same plant that makes up the principal component of Lipozene, the weight loss drug).
They are made in two different ways in the US: the traditional, which has 0 calories, or there is a tofu-based noodle that contains about 20 calories per serving.
Here's the good news: they're cheap and they're widely available. You can get them at Whole Foods, Cub Foods, Trader Joe's, and a whole slew of other grocery stores. I think Byerly's has them, too.

I just came across this post and I realize that it's over a year old, but I wanted to make sure you all knew that Miracle Noodles are simply Shirataki noodles. I didn't use Miracle noodles -- I used heartland whole wheat so that increaded the points to at least 7 -- I also added mushrooms which may have increased it another point. It's cool though, I had some to burn at the end of the day!
thanks for another terrific recipe!!!!!

Just wanted to tell you how amazing this recipes was.
