Thanks for giving me a crockpot version that will be ready when I get home from work!

I've made something similar in the oven many times. 7 layer dinner or shipwreck dinner – and it's always a hit. I cut back on the potatoes cause I planned to serve over rice and
I also fixed faux mashed potatoes (cauliflower) to serve it over.
It was sooooo good and tasted better later.
A keeper recipe will make again.

I made this last week to take for lunch.

I cut back on the potatoes cause I planned to serve over rice and

I also fixed faux mashed potatoes (cauliflower) to serve it over.

It was sooooo good and tasted better later.

A keeper recipe will make again.

By: Jodi

<guid

I suppose since this is a Weight Watcher's recipe it's probably not good to have butter and Ritz crackers as a topping, but they work great!

This recipe is good, but there is no mention of how to get a crispy crust, like I expect from a casserole.
