		<description>I made this last week to take for lunch.
I cut back on the potatoes cause I planned to serve over rice and 
I also fixed faux mashed potatoes (cauliflower) to serve it over.
It was sooooo good and tasted better later.
A keeper recipe will make again.</description>

		<description>This recipe is good, but there is no mention of how to get a crispy crust, like I expect from a casserole. I suppose since this is a Weight Watcher&#039;s recipe it&#039;s probably not good to have butter and Ritz crackers as a topping, but they work great!</description>
