I have made these several times for my family and they are delicious!!! We don't have Wonder Light hamburger buns at my grocery store so I use Merita Light Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns, or Arnold Sandwich Thins. I also make sure I buy extra lean ground beef with only 4% fat. The egg whites in the recipe help keep the very lean ground beef more moist while cooking. All other recipes for hamburgers use only 2oz of ground beef, where these are 4 oz which make a huge patty! LOVE THIS ONE!!

It does indeed! But ONLY if you are using the low calorie, Wonder Light Hamburger Buns. If not, you may have to add on an extra point or two.

It doesn't really taste too much like ranch, but if you prefer, you can use onion powder mix instead! It's just as yummy, and it won't affect the point value!

The recipe says to use ranch seasoning. My fiancee is crazy and hates ranch. Can you taste it all in the burgers or no? I'd really love to make him something that didn't have 35g of fat like those Bubba Burgers he loves
