My husband and I recently came back to weight watchers and I only had condition and that was to have a variety of things to eat instead of the same things all the time. I made these pancakes this morning and oh my goodness they were so yummy. I did put a spin on how I made them however. I used cinnamon and vanilla extract for some extra flavor. I also used 'I Can't Believe it's not Butter Light' spread and Light syrup. We found that the sugar free is very bland and doesn't taste very well. Thank you so much again. LOVE THEM!

Hello there! I am so glad I came across your blog. Instead of making 3 large pancakes, I made 6 small cakes, a little larger than a half dollar, to trick the mind. I also found Log Cabin Sugar Free syrup, which by the way is wonderful! I only used a non-stick cooking spray on my pan. I used no butter spray or margarine on the pancakes. The syrup was buttery enough. For 6 small pancakes & a 1/4 cup of syrup was 3 points. Can't beat that for a good breakfast.

I made mine with 1/2 cup of mix and a little less than 1/2 cup of water.
