I am totally excited about this recipe because these are SO good and good for you. FYI, I put some in the freezer to save and out of curiosity I tried one frozen today and it was amazing! It reminded me of a really good chocolate ice cream bar and it was about the same texture as a chocolate fudge ice cream bar. These are also great served hot with a little ready whip (zero points per serving).

Thanks for this brilliant recipe! Hopefully I'll get around to converting it soon!

This one is still based on the old WW Points system. I'm going to give them a shot with the yogurt instead.

Not a fan of the brownies with the pumpkin..the flavor isn't good and the texture is borderline rubbery. There is no oil or butter in the recipe, so it can't rise to the top to make that perfect flaky brownie crust.

This is NOT the real picture of this recipe for healthy brownies. I am not a fan of pumpkin, but if it couldn't be tasted, I was willing to give it a try. The batch with the pumpkin was so gooey and I could definitely taste the pumpkin. The batch with the yogurt turned out much better than the pumpkin and tasted better, in my opinion. I'm all for the added nutrients, but for this one, I'll stick with the yogurt.

I have tried this both ways, once with the pumpkin and another with the yogurt. I love pumpkin in my recipes, although I'm a pumpkin lover I didn't taste it. Which wouldn't have mattered to me anyway as I expected to taste pumpkin since I was using a whole can of pumpkin.
Once again I gotta say Thank You and please continue to keep doing what you do.
GREAT JOB AS USUAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jut wanted to let you know I made this recipe today. You can also make it with fat free yogurt (as the recipe on the box calls for). Either way, they are super yummy and will have just 2 Weight Watchers Points per serving.

You 'll want to use 1 15 oz can of pure pumpkin.
