Sometimes I am able to get a good shot of something that I cook, but not being a professional photographer with a professional camera, I'm not always able to get good images of my own. In these cases, I try to get a generic photo of the recipe to use as a point of reference. I do my best to choose photos that are as close to the real outcome of the recipe as possible.

I'm wondering if you substitute pictures a lot . . . I've looked at a few of your recipes and been excited to try them, but I often go by how good the food looks in the picture, which is obviously not a good idea if your not picturing the food that you actually made - like those mozz sticks, they looked to good to be true . . . and the poppers?

Ahhh, you have a good eye! The ones in the picture are the traditional crescent roll wraps -- AKA the much more fattening version, not the tortilla wraps that I used for my recipe. I used a photo that shows the more traditional recipe outcome so that it would be more recognizable to those folks who mat not know what Pigs in the Blanket are. :)

So are the tortillas the same ones used in the Picture? Because it looks like Pilsbury cresents or that the wraps were buttered? You just wrap em up and throw them in the Oven?
