(& by then the sauce thickened up a lot).
I can't wait to try more from your blog!
Thanks!

This was AMAZING :) It definitely didn't turn out as thick as I would've thought since it has flour in it, but we served it over rice & it was delish :) Even better the next day for leftovers! A small amount won't affect the Weight Watchers Points value. If the chicken texture didn't turn out well, that might be due to being over cooked or under cooked. I had trouble getting my meats right too the first few times I made some crock pot recipes - but stick with it! It will take some trial and error. As far as blandness, just add more seasoning (salt, pepper, paprika) -- it won't affect the Points value at all. Al;so, use a good white wine -- that'll help too. Hope this will help you a out a bit! Good luck with the crock pot!

Sorry that recipe didn't turn out so well for you! I thought about it during the day while I was at work and excited to get home and serve it. Much to my surprise, I was disappointed. Wondering what I did wrong because it definitely didn't look like the pic. The sauce was not at all rich or creamy, but yet bland and watery. Very thin liquid. I also think I may have overcooked it as the texture of the chicken wasn't to my satisfaction either. Being a "crock-pot" newbie, any ideas or suggestions and to what may have caused my problems? Looking forward to trying more. Thanks for any suggestions or thoughts.

I saw this recipe and knew I had to make it. In fact, I chose this as my first ww crock pot recipe.
