I used Dijon Mustard as a dipping sauce, which made it better. But without it all I could taste was Cornflakes! The chicken was juicy, so next time I would add more cayenne and maybe some chili flakes to mask the Cornflakes taste.

I tried this recipe last night and was not too impressed. It was sooo good with that extra kick of honey flavor! ^___^

First off, I didn't have any buttermilk so I used an alternative of 2% milk mixed with a tablespoon of white vinegar and I tried it with crushed up Fiber One Honey Cluster flakes instead of regular flakes….OMG! I have been craving fried chicken since I've joined WW and now I don't have to. Pair this with spicy baked fries and this southern girl's heart just sings.

This recipe is wonderful. All I could taste was the Total wheat flakes and the chicken was lost as well as all the other seasonings. I will try it once more using the corn flake crumbs and see if it's better. I was really excited about this recipe so hopefully it will be much better the second time around.

I tried this one but I didn't have any corn flakes so I used Total Whole Wheat flakes.
