There is another great bagel called Carb Check. I find it at a local store here in North East Texas. Also, try Josehp's Pita bread, and Lavash bread for sandwiches and wraps. I find these at Wal-Mart .

The points value has changed for these items. With the new Weight Watchers Points Plus program they are 2-5 points per item.

I love these!!! I have been getting them for a while. I have always been a person who loves bread and bagels. So to be able to have a bagel in the morning without feeling guilty is great! Love your website.

If you can't find them at any of your local grocery stores (in the bread section), try checking at a Trader Joe's (if you have one of those in your area. If none of those work out for you, you'll have to buy them online. Good luck! They are delicious!!

Just wanted to let you know I found these bagels in Tx at Wal Mart and I live in Mo and can't find them anywhere.

I love this info…..but i am having alot of trouble locating the products that you recommed

I want to try the Western Bagels, Miracle noodles and the Vita muffens.

I live in Sydney Australia and alot of these sites are American. Do you know if there is a supplier for any of these things in Sydney??????
