Great list! I have bought a few from Amazon when I find some for super cheap, but have held off spending some good money on some of the cookbooks, just because I'm worried about how I'll like it (I love hearing reviews!). I love my "Take Out Tonight" and "Cook it Quick" cookbooks. I will have to try and find some from your list! By the way, I just found your website today and I am in love with it! Thanks for all the recipes and food reviews. It gives those of us trying to lose weight and still cook for our families a great resource!

You should add the Weight Watcher Cook Book "Now and Later" I have tried several recipes and all of them have been awesome plus when you make it one night it makes enough of the meat/vegetables to use for the 2nd recipe within 3 days so you have another really quick meal. Great idea!!!! I'm all for quick meals! There are only 2 of us so I actually have 4 meals done for each recipe. I just pop the other 2 servings in the freezer for another evening.

I really like "Weight Watchers New Complete Cookbook". I think the recipes in there are more modern and suitable for the ever changing tastes of WWers!

My favorite is TAKE OUT TONIGHT, with lots of authentic tasting "take out" foods like Chinese stirfrys, Indian curries, Mexican, you name it! We love their pad thai recipe, and we make the cauliflower & chickpea curry all the time!
