I love Fiber One things, but one of the ingredients in the yogurt is aspartame and my husband is allergic to that. Be sure to check.

I tried this yogurt, but thought it tasted terrible. I know it’s 0 points but I’d rather eat some fresh veggies for 0 points than taste this. Dannon Activa Vanilla is only 2 points and I don’t think that is too much for a snack or as part of a meal, plus I don’t have to sacrifice flavor. I guess it all depends on what you like.

These little gems are great to mix with a serving of fruit for a healthy and filling low point snack. I’ve tried strawberry and peach with berries or banana.
