Roasted Red Pepper Dip Recipe with Pesto – 2 Point Total

Roasted Red Pepper Dip

I created this low calorie dip recipe based on my undying love for Romesco sauce and Pesto – both of which are crazy fattening. So, this slimmed down dip version was born and it is so insanely yummy, you will seriously have a hard time believing that this is actually a low points dip recipe!! Creamy and flavorful, it goes perfectly served with some 0 point veggies or, my favorite option, a 1 Point Pita Bread. This Pesto and Roasted Red Pepper Dip is not only super easy to make, it has just a 2 Point Total per serving. And though it’s not an official one of Weight Watchers Dip Recipes, it’s an awesome treat for anyone watching their weight. Enjoy!!

  1. I was afraid when I made it that it would be impossible to get out of the food processor but it came right out. I forgot the vinaigrette and it is still delicious! I'm having it for a dinner party tomorrow at my house and will make it and take it to my next WW meeting, too. Thanks!
