But when Weight Watchers started their new PointsPlus plan, I started to include the nutritional information for all of my recipes so that readers could use it to calculate the old Points value if they were still following it. As for all of my old recipes, I'm working on converting them over time so that they have the new PointsPlus value and the nutritional stats.

With all my old recipes, I never included the nutritional stats…only the Points value. I came accross your blog and I noticed that you eat use fiber one products. Perhaps you'd be interested in trying the yogurt, if you haven't already. I’m working with Fiber One, and we’re having a yogurt sampling promotion in Westfield Trumbull Mall at 5065 Main Street Trumbull, CT 06611 from 2/12/10 – 2/14/10 and Pentagon City Mall at 1100 S Hayes St Arlington, VA 22202 from 2/19/10 – 2/21/10. You can also get 75 cents off with a print-out of a coupon that can be found here: http://www.fiberone.com/Product/yogurts.aspx.
If you’re not in the area, but you know who is, you can Blog and tweet about this promotion to your friends.

Hello,

I came accross your blog and I noticed that you eat use fiber one products. Instead of using a food processor (which I hate to get out and then clean), I put the Fiber One in a baggie and rolled it with a rolling pin until it was crushed. It only took 2-3 minutes.

I tried this recipe and it was very good! I will make this one again.
