Posted on August 27th, 2010 Here in SoCal, the temperatures have been well into the 100′s this past week. Therefore, all I’m craving is cold stuff. Cold salads, cold sandwiches, and of course ice cream and frozen yogurt. A few weeks back, I saw this week’s fabulous Food Find at my grocery store and made a mental note to give it a try soon.
Posted on August 26th, 2010 While browsing through some Weight Watchers Appetizer Recipes the other day, I came across a traditional bruschetta recipe that looked pretty good. I gave it a try and was not impressed. Bland and boring. But in a desperate attempt to justify eating more bread, I wasn’t ready to give up on the idea of a good Italian Brushetta Recipe.
Posted on August 24th, 2010 A tasty and healthy snack recipe, these Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges are nothing short of delicious. With tons of flavor and zip, each satisfying serving has just a 2 Point Total. Double your serving and it’s only a 4 Point Total
Posted on August 23rd, 2010 A few weeks back, I was contact by the folks over at Yoplait to try out their Nonfat Greek Yogurt and review the product. I love Greek Yogurt, so I was happy to oblige, as I use yogurt in many recipes and had never yet tried Yoplait’s Greek Yogurt. So I gave it a shot in their Greek Turkey Burger Recipe.

Remember when Wonder Bread used to make those DELICIOUS 1 Point hot dog buns?
