Posted on May 21st, 2012 With two young kids at home, I’m all about quick and easy meals that can be made in one pot and require very little prep work (which equals very little cleanup too!), yet are still healthy and delicious. This sauteed salmon recipe fits the bill perfectly.
Posted on May 18th, 2012 This easy Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe for the crock pot is one of my favorite “busy day” meals. It literally takes minutes to throw these ingredients in a crock pot, and the end result is a deliciously creamy and cheesy Chicken Cordon Bleu that is just 7 Points + per serving. It tastes like something I’d buy at a restaurant.
Posted on May 17th, 2012 A reader recently wrote in and asked if I could make an attempt at a copycat Orange Julius Recipe that was Weight Watchers friendly. Well, when I was younger, I used to get an Orange Julius almost every time I went to the mall, and her email got me feeling all nostalgic. Do Orange Julius locations even still exist?
Posted on May 16th, 2012 This is one of my favorite low calorie wrap recipes to use with leftover grilled chicken. It’s so fast and easy to make, and the end result is delicious and incredibly filling. My Grilled Chicken Wrap with Tzatziki Sauce has just 5 Points + for the entire wrap, making a wonderful Weight Watchers lunch idea.
Posted on May 9th, 2012 If you are like me, and believe that the the mere “2 tbsp” suggested serving size of ranch dressing is typically what to use on two baby carrots, then today’s Healthy Ranch Dressing Recipe is for you. With just a few ingredients, you can make your own ranch dressing for a TON less calories and fat than the pre-made kind you buy.
Posted on May 8th, 2012 This week, I’ve been all about the minimal ingredients recipe, as I’ve yet to get to the grocery store. One of my favorite go to quick and healthy side dish recipes is this Roasted Balsamic Glazed carrots Recipe. It’s so simple, yet so tasty, and it’s such a yummy way to get my toddler to eat more veggies.
