If you are a Weight Watchers member, or even a dieter of another program, surely you’ve heard of The Laughing Cow and their low calorie cheese wedges. I’ve had them myself quite a few times and love to mostly use them as a portion controlled snack with some of my favorite crackers. Recently, they’ve just added a new low calorie cheese to their collection – The Laughing Cow Smooth Sensations Cream Cheese Spread! This new cream cheese comes packaged just like all their other cheeses – in those cute little individually wrapped wedges packed into a darling little circle box. And each little cream cheese wedge has just 1 Points +.
The Laughing Cow Smooth Sensations Cream Cheese Spread
The cream cheese comes in four of the 1/3 less fat flavors — Classic Cream, Strawberries & Cream, Cinnamon Cream, and Garden Vegetable, each with only 45 calories and 4g fat per wedge – not bad! I prefer the Strawberries and Cream and the Cinnamon Cream – they are really good! I like to stash a few in my purse and then head over to my favorite bagel spot for a warm, fresh bagel, and top it with The Laughing Cow Cream Cheese Spread. By using my light cream cheese, but still getting the not so Weight Watchers friendly bagel, it makes me feel like I’m only being half bad :). Their website also has some great recipe ideas, and I’ll be working a few myself very soon. This is definitely a must have item to keep stashed in your fridge if you are a cream cheese junkie!
