A while back, I told you about these yummy new souffles I found at Whole Foods. They are these delicious, all natural frozen souffles that have just 4 Weight Watchers Points + and make the perfect fast and easy breakfast idea, or even a healthy snack. I adore them. Well, recently, they’ve added some new flavors to their already fabulous line-up: Pizza Souffle (5 Points +), Butternut Squash Souffle (5 Points +) and Southwest Souffle (4 Points +). I had a chance to try them a few weeks ago, and I was thrilled to see that they were just as tasty as the the Zucchini and Spinach ones I tried before! I love that the ingredients are all natural…take a look at their website and check out the nutritional stats – no weird, funky words in the ingredient list. Just natural foods. The Southwestern was my favorite…I topped it with some salsa and fat free sour cream…OMG. So good! With two kids undertow, Garden Lites Souffles are perfect for just popping in the microwave when I have just a few minutes to spare.
