Let’s start with Friday…at 11:30 pm on Friday night, I along with 2 of my best girlfriends, went to see the highly anticipated, long awaited Sex and the City feature film starring Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis. And, I must say, it did not disappoint!

Heath’s father, Kim, said the service would be followed by a private funeral — he requested privacy and did not reveal the time or location.
