These 100 Calorie Packs of Almonds from Emerald Nuts aren’t new, but I have just started trying some of their other flavors, and I am hooked! These prepackaged little bags of almonds are perfectly portioned controlled, each having just 100 calories and 3 Points +. The health benefits of nuts are pretty astounding, so I try to snack on them when I can.

Get the munchies often? Yeah, me too. Especially in the evening after my kids go to sleep, and I can FINALLY veg out on the couch and catch up on the DVR. Unfortunately, this situation can often get me into serious trouble. So, I’ve had to make it a point to bring a lot of tasty, low Points snacks into the house so I have something convenient to grab when I need to munch.

I was at Walmart earlier this week, when I came across these tasty looking Weight Watchers Snack Size Red Velvet Ice Cream Sandwiches that were just 3 Points + each. Admittedly, I’m not usually a fan of most Weight Watchers products..I just don’t find most of them to to be tasty enough for my picky palate :). But on a whim, and shopping while hungry (I know, I know…but I was at Walmart…that doesn’t really count), I decided to pick up their new, reduced fat flavored cream cheese spreads

Wow, that’s a mouthful of a product name, but I’d be happy to say it a million times over for how amazing it is! I am ALL about my morning (and occasional afternoon coffee), and I’m sure many of you are too. But I hate spending the 2 Points Plus on the cream that I put in it (I’d rather chew those Points!). So when I recently came across this So Delicious Dairy Free Barista Style Original Coconut Milk Creamer at my local grocery store, I was skeptical, but decided to give it a try.
