They come in a variety of flavor combinations, but the Roasted Red Pepper and Spinach Chicken Sausage is just 3 Points +. And thy are very nicely sized! Try them in a low calorie hot dog bun, mixed into your favorite pasta recipe, grilled with some veggies, or just eat it cold and dipped in mustard! There are tons of ways you can prepare this chicken sausage, and I love that it’s already pre-cooked, so if I’m in a pinch and need to make something quickly, I can just re-heat them and have them on my plate in minutes. style="text-decoration: underline;">Casual Gourmet Chicken Sausage

Available in 2 lb and 3 lb packages, these pork free Roasted Red Pepper and Spinach chicken sausages are all natural and have no nitrates or MSG, which is a big deal in my book. They have that delicious taste of a higher fat sausage, but these are a much healthier version! I bought mine at Costco, but they are available in a few other stores too, so make sure to check your local retailers. Here’s what <a

Since I adore anything spicy, I decided to give it a try, and I am SO glad I did!! This amazingly flavorful spicy pepper jam has so many uses…as a sauce in stir fry recipes, a glaze for chicken or lamb, a topping for crackers, a spicy companion for cheese, or my personal favorite – on top of some cream cheese on a baguette. It has a sweet, tangy smoky flavor with a lot of heat and it is DELICIOUS. I don’t know who Jimmie is, but if he is the man behind this Jimmie’s Chipotle Jam, I would consider leaving my husband for him.

<span

Yes, please!! With the new Dulce de Leche flavored brand of Cheerios coming out this month it’s an absolute possibility. And I already have some great ideas on how I can plug them into some Weight Watchers Dessert Recipes! The nutritional stats are pretty decent – each 3/4 cup serving is just 3 Points +. Granted, it’s not Dulce de Leche ice cream, but hey, for just 3 Points, it’s a pretty decent substitute. I can already see myself just eating handfuls of them when my late night sweet tooth kicks in. Sweet and crunchy is a great combination. And now with a new baby and toddler taking up all time and energy, these times are much more frequent. Therefore, it’s super important for me to have some go to meals that I can get on the table fast, that are Weight Watchers friendly, and that taste good! One of my favorite quick and easy meals are these low calorie Turkey Meatballs from Trader Joe’s. They’ve been around for a while, but a lot of people don’t know about them, or have never tried them before, so I felt they were blog worthy. Plus, each 2 meatball serving is just 3 Points Plus, and these are some pretty decent sized meatballs. They come frozen, fully cooked. I just toss them into a large saucepan with a jar of my favorite low calorie marinara sauce, and heat up. Voila! Delicious, low Points dinner! You can top your pasta with these meatballs, serve them on a low calorie roll and top with light cheese for a great meatball sub, or just eat them straight up.

<span
