I have always been a fan of The Skinny Cow Ice Cream Products, but when I spotted these new treats on the shelves, I was overcome with happiness.

This Fabulous Food Find Friday, I want to tell you about The Skinny Cow’s new portion-controlled low fat ice cream cups, which come in 5 different flavors: Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Dulce de Leche, Strawberry Cheesecake, Caramel Cone, and Cookies ‘N Cream and I was amazed at how delicious and rich these were!!

All-Natural Goodpop Frozen Pops - 1 to 3 Points

I snatched up each flavor at the grocery store and they are all fabulous. Though my favorite was the Dulce de Leche. They range from 150-170 calories, 1-3 grams of fat and 4 grams of fiber, giving them just 2-3 Weight Watchers Points each. Not bad!!

Rickland Orchards Greek Yogurt Bars - 4-5 Points

The cute little cups give you the same feel as eating a pint of ice cream, except its not a pint and it’s low calorie ice cream. A great Weight Watchers snack idea!!

Wholly Guacamole Minis - 3 Points

Rich and delicious, each portion controlled ice cream cup has just 2-3 Weight Watchers Points. You’ll find either nice sized chunks of cookies, brownies, cheesecake or gooey swirls of caramel in whichever of the 5 tasty flavors you choose from.

  1. Hi there LaaLoosh,

I looked this one up because I just bought the Carmel Cone cup and it is actually more than 2 Points Plus per cup. According to Skinny Cow’s website, they claim it is 5 Points plus per cup and the whole cup is one serving. I used the Points Plus Calculator on Weight Watcher eTools site and it comes out to 4 Points Plus per cup.

Still so worth it for a tasty indulgence. The Caramel Cone flavor is delicious!
