Now, for those of you who are serious Weight Watchers foodies, you probably are already aware of this monstrously delicious PB alternative. BUT, as one of my readers so graciously reminded me last week (thanks, Leah!) not everyone may be aware that this product exists. So, I figured it’s definitely worth a blog post, because if you are a peanut butter lover and also a weight watcher who rarely indulges in PB because of the super high Points value, then this may seriously be the best Friday of your life. Low Calorie Peanut Butter Substitute
With just 100 calories, 2 grams of fat and 2 grams of fiber, Better’n Peanut Butter has just 2 Weight Watchers Points per serving. And that serving size is a whopping 2 tbsp!! Better’n Peanut Butter is the all-natural product of the Wonder Natural Foods Corporation that can be used in all the ways that you now use regular peanut butter, but instead of 16 grams of fat per serving, Better ‘n Peanut Butter delivers less than 3 grams of fat per serving and qualifies as a low fat food by USFDA standards.
