Tahini Citrus Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water, or more if needed
- 2 tbsp tahini paste
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
Quick Notes
As brands of tahini paste can vary in degrees of thickness, if your dressing comes out to thick, feel free to add more water if needed.
