Special K Flatbread Breakfast Sandwiches

Sometimes, when I am rushed in the morning and don’t have the time to make a healthy breakfast, I often end up at Starbucks, which can be a dangerous place. To avoid going to Starbucks and being tempted by their sweet treats, I find it very helpful to have some of these Special K Flatbread Breakfast Sandwiches on hand. I just found these in the freezer section at Walmart, and I am so glad I picked them up! With less than 250 calories per sandwich and a good source of protein, Kellogg’s Special K Flatbread Breakfast Sandwiches are a delicious warm breakfast option made with multigrain flatbread, real eggs, tomatoes, cheese and seasoned sausage.
