Granola with Raisins

A simple and quick homemade granola that is gluten free and delicious. Sweetened with honey and raisins, it's perfect for a snack or for breakfast with yogurt and fruit.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. Spread the granola onto a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
