Heat avocado oil in a medium sized skillet over medium high heat. Add in broccolini, garlic, and 1 tbsp of water. Saute for about 2-3 minutes, or until crisp tender.
Stir in the soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Saute for another minute, then transfer to serving plate.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
