fresh green beans

trimmed and washed

light butter
▢
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
▢

tsp
salt
▢
Lemon zest for garnish
Instructions
Steam green beans until tender, but still crisp, about 5-8 minutes.
Place green beans a medium sized bowl, and while they are still hot add in butter. Toss until the butter has melted.
Add in lemon juice and salt. Toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
