Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla - nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup fat free milk
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  • If you are using an ice cream maker, churn it with that for a few minutes until everything is cold and creamy, and becomes an ice cream like consistency.
  • If you don’t have an ice cream maker, just put the bowl in the freezer, and stir the mixture every 20-30 minutes until you get the correct consistency.
