In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the chicken. Add in drumsticks. Cover and let marinate at room temperature for about 90 minutes, occasionally rotating drumsticks to coat.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Place drumsticks on baking sheet, and cover sheet tightly with foil.
Bake for about 40 minutes. Remove foil, and return to oven for another 20 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked through and browned.
