simple roasted chicken drumsticks


Simple, juicy, tender chicken, at it’s most basic form. The luscious juices of the chicken are not masked by spices and are able to be easily enjoyed and savored.

  • 2 lbs chicken drumsticks (about 8-10 drumsticks)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, and mist a baking dish with cooking spray or an olive oil mister.
  2. Rub chicken evenly with olive oil, and season generously with salt and pepper. Place into baking dish, and cover with aluminum foil. Poke a few holes in the foil to allow for steam escape.
  3. Cook in the oven for about 45 minutes. Remove foil, and cook for another 15 minutes or until the chicken is nicely browned.
