SIMPLE ROASTED CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS RECIPE
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken drumsticks - (about 8-10 drumsticks)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees, and mist a baking dish with cooking spray or an olive oil mister.
- Rub chicken evenly with olive oil, and season generously with salt and pepper. Place into baking dish, and cover with aluminum foil. Poke a few holes in the foil to allow for steam escape.
- Cook in the oven for about 45 minutes. Remove foil, and cook for another 15 minutes or until the chicken is nicely browned.

I also just love drumsticks roasted simply. I haven’t tried to cover them during part of the baking time. I wonder if that helps keep them moister and more tender. I will have to try it.

Sorry mine’s easier, chicken legs, poultry seasoning. Bake at 350 for an hour, done. Been having it this way all my life. No need for extra oil.
Do you also cover yours with foil?
