Ingredients

  • 8 jicama tortillas
  • 1 cup Crock Pot Salsa Chicken
  • 0 Point toppings (salsa, pico de gallo, cilantro, red onions, diced peppers, black beans, jalapenos, etc)

Instructions

  1. Stack two of the jicama tortilla on top of each other.
  2. Top with a ¼ cup Crock Pot Salsa Chicken, and add on any additional toppings you’d like.
