When trying to eat a high protein/low fat diet, it’s no secret that egg whites can play a huge a role in your eating plan. Basic Egg White Salad Recipe

Get all the flavors you love in a traditional egg white salad, without getting too complicated. It’s creamy, well seasoned, and packed with protein.

  • 6 large hardboiled eggs - WHITE PARTS ONLY, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery - finely diced
  • 2 tbsp light mayo
  • 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground tumeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp chives - finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
