For those of you following the Weight Watchers Program, you should be logging your daily food intake. Doing this is an incredibly helpful tool in getting you to your weight loss goals, and a recent study by the American Journal of Preventative Medicine found that people who keep a food diary enjoy twice the weight loss of those who rely solely on dieting and exercising.

So, I’ve created this awesome Weight Watchers Food Journal that you can download and print – for FREE! It’s very easy to use — simply write down the food that you eat and its Points value, and then deduct it from your daily Points balance. You can even track your Flex Points used!

I also included little check boxes that will help you make sure you are consuming your recommended portions of water, dairy and fruits & vegetables. Using this Weight Watchers Food Diary couldn’t be easier!

I hope you’ll find this daily food journal as helpful as I have and that it will help you stick to your Daily Points Range and be aware of what you are eating everyday.

I cannot wait you just read more of this great topic. So much of the usb ports Ive never even acknowledged. You sure did put a brand new twist on something that Ive heard a great deal of about. I dont believe Ive actually read any situation that does this subject nearly as good justice as you basically did.

  5. thanks so much for the printable journal. I usually make my own, but was lazy this time. Looking around I've found many very complicated looking journals. Yours, thank- you is so plain and easy to look at. Just what I want. Thanks a bunch!

  6. This is great. We used to have a weightwatchers in the town I live in but they closed it up. This happend right after I had only joined. I called but there was none close enough for me to get to and never got my money back for all the weeks I paid for. This will help!

  7. Is there anyway you can send me the point calculator. I just started on the diet and just want to check a few of the nutrition bars that I bought. I would really appreciate it. Dawn

  8. Im swry but i do not quite understand what you mean by the "point system"…what points are you referring to?

    • The Points System that I'm referring to is the Weight Watchers Points System, which is a food intake monitoring system that assigns point values to portions of foods. Foods high in fiber and low in fat and calories have low point values. And vice versa. For example, a medium apple equals roughly 1 Weight Watcher Point. A Starbucks Muffin might be worth between 6 and 10 Points. If you eat one of those, your day is probably blown. You are assigned a target daily point value that you need to reach each day to lose weight. When you follow the system you are 1) given incentive to eat high fiber, low fat foods, and 2) you learn portion control. If you stick with it, you will lose weight.
