  1. This looks delicious and we’re planning to make it today. I’m wondering though, is 1 pound of potatoes the correct amount? I am not getting 6 3/4 cup servings out of my one pound of potatoes. Maybe the serving size should be less than 3/4 cup potatoes?

  2. Is there anything we can substitute for the cream of chicken soup? Maybe heavy cream?

  3. This looks great! How can I save this to my recipe box? I don’t see the ‘add to recipe box’ button, but maybe I’m just missing it. Thanks!

  4. Unbelievable! Can I go on slimming diet with such delicious dishes???

  5. OMG, that looks delicious. Going to be one of my first to try! Thanks!

  6. Trying this tonight! I’m excited, I just found your site and I love it, thanks!
