Roasted Red Pepper Dip Recipe with Chick Peas

– 1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
– 1 medium roasted red pepper, skin and seeds removed
– 2 tbsp fresh parsley, leaves only
– 3 cloves garlic
– 2 tbsp sesame oil
– juice of 1 lemon
– Kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Add a little water if it is too thick. Blend until smooth. Serve with fresh vegetables like cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, or whatever you prefer.
