This delicious Sausage and Potato Casserole Recipe is such a quick and easy meal that tastes so good, it’s hard to believe it’s only 5 Points +! Full of cheesy goodness, and flavorful sausage, I loved the variety of textures and flavors in this dish.

And of I bought a ton of materials to help me out – one of which includes the Weight Watchers Dining Out Companion which is VITAL if you want to know the new Points Plus values for all your fave restaurants.
Posted on November 29th, 2010 If you are an active Weight Watcher, you’ve probably heard the hubbub about their new Points program that’s being launched for 2011 — it’s called the Points Plus Plan! Now, I don’t really know a whole lot about it myself yet, as Weight Watchers is being really hush hush about it, but many believe that it will be similar to the UK version, called Weight Watcher’s Pro Points.
Posted on November 15th, 2010 With the fall season now in full swing and delicious seasonal produce is abound, I think this Autumn Harvest Salad Recipe is a perfect compliment to many meals! The original version of this salad is an actual Weight Watchers Salad Recipe, but I revamped it, adding more flavor and texture, yet still keeping it just 4 points per serving.
