Moist, juicy grilled skirt steak served with a rich and creamy Romesco sauce that is mouth watering-ly delicious. This steak recipe is actually very easy to make and requires minimal prep. You can can get it on the table in about 25 minutes.

I’m just going to get right to the point here…this Stuffed Flank Steak Recipe was absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t believe it ended up being just 5 Points + per serving! The flank steak is butterflied to create a thinly sliced piece of meat that is then seasoned and filled with fat free feta cheese, spinach and red bell peppers.
