Nabisco Wheat Thins Fiber Select

I have always adored the deliciousness of Wheat Thins crackers. But I pretty much abandoned them when I started Weight Watchers because their surprisingly disappointing fiber stats made them a bit higher in Points than I wanted to spend. But when I came across their Fiber Select version at the store, I was pretty pumped to give them a try. They were just as tasty as the original, though the taste was different…not like their regular Wheat Thins. More like a Wheatable. But I was thrilled to be getting that hunger satisfying extra fiber. And they are just 3 Points per serving. They come in two tasty flavors: 5 Grain and Garden Vegetable, both equally delicious. Serve them with your favorite low calorie dip, hummus, or cheese for a fabulous snack or guilt free appetizer.

  1. Unless I calculated wrong, the Garden Vegetable ones are 3 Points Plus per serving.

You are right! I must have made a typo when entering into my Points Plus calculator. Thanks for the heads up! I’ve corrected the post. :)

  2. These crackers are so good! Would be great with some low fat cream cheese or goat cheese. Thanks for this!
